Family Green Card: Forms and USCIS Fees Overview

Bringing your family together is worth it. Here is a friendly overview of the forms and fees families often see.

Your family’s next chapter

Every year many families in Florida take the step toward a green card for a loved one. With organized paperwork, the process feels much more manageable, and we are glad to help you get there.

Forms families often see

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative; I-130A Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary; I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status; I-864 Affidavit of Support; I-765 Application for Employment Authorization; I-131 Application for Travel Documents. USCIS publishes instructions for each form at uscis.gov.

USCIS fees at a glance

From the USCIS fee schedule (Form G-1055, edition 10/16/26): I-130 $625 online or $675 by mail; I-485 $1,390 online or $1,440 by mail for applicants 14 and older; I-864 $0. Fees change, so always confirm at uscis.gov/g-1055 before you file. You pay USCIS directly.
