PackageSimple Uncontested Divorce – No Children
$495 Flat fee · 50% deposit · 3-payment option available
You and your spouse already agree. No minor or dependent children. I type your facts into the Florida Supreme Court-approved forms, you review and sign, and you file under your own name.
Scope
Read this first – what I do and don’t do
- Uncontested divorces only. You and your spouse already agree on everything.
- I type Florida Supreme Court-approved forms only. No custom documents.
- You choose every form and make every decision. I fill in the blanks with the facts you give me.
- I give no advice on retirement accounts, pensions, QDROs, or Social Security. Or on anything else legal.
- I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice. (Rule 10-2.2, Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.)
If that’s what you need, keep reading. If you’re looking for someone to tell you what to do, I’m not the right fit, and I’d rather tell you now than take your money.
Court filing fees are separate and paid by you directly to the Clerk — about $408 in Indian River County, and about $408–$409 in most Florida counties (plus any card/e-portal fee). Fee-waiver (civil indigency) help is available as a note on your filing checklist. Jonathan never holds your court money.
Mobile notary add-on: in-person mobile signing/notarization is available as a separate add-on (travel fee + $10 per stamp; see Pricing), depending on the area. Package typing fees above do not include the notary travel add-on unless quoted otherwise.
Typical forms in this package
Exact forms depend on the facts you provide and the forms you choose. Common approved forms in a no-children uncontested package include:
- Petition for Dissolution of Marriage (approved form that fits your facts)
- Marital Settlement Agreement – no dependent or minor children (12.902(f)(2))
- Financial affidavits
- Notice of Social Security Number and related cover sheets as required
- Final Judgment package forms for the judge to sign
- Filing checklist & status reminders for your county
Property and debts: if you have them, you write the agreed terms and I type what you wrote onto the approved MSA form. I give no advice on retirement accounts, pensions, QDROs, or Social Security.
