“Jonathan is awesome! I needed something notarized on a Friday night, he answered immediately, showed up at the time and place I requested, and waited very patiently for me to write something out. Jonathan is very professional and friendly! I will definitely be using his services from now on! 10/10 recommend!”

Lynn L. · Google review

“Jonathan is an amazing professional, extremely knowledgeable... I asked him to take care of something that I didn’t even need done for a few days, and to my surprise, he had it completed within the hour. That kind of responsiveness is rare... Highly, highly recommended!”

Price

Upfront, flat pricing. Get a quote in minutes.

Your total depends on where you are, how many people are signing, how many stamps you need and whether you need witnesses.

No surprises. Your total is quoted in writing before you pay, and nothing gets added on site.

Payment is due upfront by secure link to reserve your notary. Cancel more than 24 hours ahead for a full refund minus card fees.

How it works

Four easy steps

  1. Call or request online. Call (772) 742-4639 or use the request form. Tell us the document, how many people are signing, and where you’ll be.
  2. Get your quote and pay by link. We text and email you a clear total. Pay securely online by card, and your appointment is locked in.
  3. A vetted notary comes to you. A commissioned notary, whose commission we’ve checked with the state, arrives at your home, office, hospital room, facility or jail. You’ll get the notary’s first name and arrival window ahead of time.
  4. Sign and you’re done. Have your unsigned documents and a current photo ID for every signer ready. Your notary takes care of the rest.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do I get a notary sent to me?

Call (772) 742-4639 or fill out the short request form on this page. Tell us where you are, what needs to be notarized and how many people are signing. We line up a vetted, commissioned mobile notary near you and send you a written quote.

Do you really cover anywhere in Florida?

Yes. We dispatch mobile notaries anywhere in Florida, in all 67 counties. Tell us your city and ZIP code and we will match you with a commissioned Florida notary in your area.

How much does it cost?

Upfront, flat pricing. Your total depends on the location, the number of signers and stamps, and whether you need witnesses. It is quoted in writing before you pay, and nothing gets added on site.

How soon can a notary get to me?

It depends on your location and the notary's schedule. Many requests can be handled the same day or the next day. Tell us your deadline and we will give you the arrival window before you book.

Can you come to a hospital, assisted living facility, hospice or jail?

Yes. Bedside, facility and jail visits are a big part of what we do. The signer must be alert, understand what they are signing and have a valid photo ID. For jails, please confirm your loved one can receive a visitor first.

Do you provide witnesses?

Yes. Wills and deeds in Florida need two witnesses. You can bring your own adults who are not named in the document, or ask us to bring them.

Do you do loan or mortgage signings?

No. We do general notary work only: estate documents, powers of attorney, deeds, healthcare directives, affidavits, vehicle titles and everyday documents.

Can the notary tell me which document I need?

No. A notary cannot give legal advice or choose documents for you. If you need a document prepared at your direction, ask about our document preparation services.
