Florida Early Termination of Probation Paperwork

$195 Flat typing fee · 50% deposit to start, balance when your papers are finished

You write out your case information, and I type your early termination of probation paperwork exactly as you provide it. Available to clients anywhere in Florida, by email.

Scope

Read this first – what I do and don’t do

  • Document preparation only. I type the information you give me in writing, exactly as you write it.
  • There is no Florida Supreme Court approved form for this request. Under Rule 10-2.2(b) of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar, that means I can’t ask questions to fill in blanks, choose which papers you need, or tell you where or how to file.
  • You decide whether to ask the court. I can’t tell you whether you qualify or whether a judge will grant it, and no result is promised.
  • I am not an attorney and cannot give legal advice. I don’t represent you or appear in court for you.

Court costs are separate. Any filing or clerk charges are paid by you directly to the Clerk. Jonathan never holds your court money.

Notary add-on: Jonathan is a commissioned Florida notary public. If something you sign needs a notary, in-person mobile notarization is available as an add-on (see Pricing).

What’s included

For one flat $195

  • The papers you list on your intake, typed from the information you write out
  • Your name, case number, county and other details placed exactly as you provide them
  • A draft for you to review, plus one round of corrections you send in writing
  • Final files emailed to you as PDF and Word

Not included: court or clerk charges, filing, mailing, and court appearances. You file your own papers under your own name.

How it works

Four simple steps

1. Fill out the intake

The Early Termination of Probation intake form collects your information in writing and includes the required nonlawyer disclosure.

2. Pay the 50% deposit

$97.50 to start. We’ll text or email you a secure payment link. Typing begins once your deposit clears.

3. Review your draft

I type it exactly as you wrote it. You check every detail and send any corrections in writing.

4. Pay the balance and file

The other $97.50 is due when your papers are finished. You receive the final files and file them yourself.

Do your own research

Read the sources yourself

Early termination of probation is covered by section 948.04, Florida Statutes. My free record sealing, expungement and early termination guide summarizes the statute in plain English and links to the official sources. It is educational information only, not legal advice. If you want advice about your own case, you can speak with a professional of your choosing.

Questions

Common questions

Can you tell me if I qualify?
No. I can’t judge eligibility or predict what a court will do. You decide whether to ask, and I type what you provide.
Do you file it for me?
No. You file your own papers. Because this isn’t a Supreme Court approved form, I also can’t tell you where or how to file it.
Do I have to live near Vero Beach?
No. Document preparation is done by email for clients anywhere in Florida.
How do I pay?
Half up front as a deposit, and the other half when your papers are finished. Nothing is typed until the deposit clears.
